Carpet Cleaners Bournemouth agrees to carry out any specified work by the client in a proficient method. The cleaning company reserves the right to make any alterations to any areas or parts of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. By booking the company’s service via email, telephone, fax or website, the client agrees to be bound by Carpet Cleaners Bournemouth’s Terms and Conditions of service. Our cleaners and workers should be allowed to access the hot water and power. Furthermore, all breakable and fragile items should be removed and secured prior to any cleaning service.
We are a fully insured cleaning company – particularly by a full public and employer’s liability coverage. The cleaners working for the said company are also granted with full public liability insurance.
In the event of any complains the company must be notified strictly within 24 hours after the cleaning session completion. The company will not entertain any claims after the mentioned grace period. Moreover, in case the client is not satisfied with the output, a cleaner should be allowed to be sent back to the concerned area to perform the cleaning job without any extra charge.
The company is responsible for providing all cleaning materials, equipment and tools used for the cleaning sessions. We also grand requests from clients in case they want a more in-depth cleaning. Please be informed that this may be subject to surcharges.
The company is not responsible for failed removal of any permanent or old stains on carpets and rugs when normal carpet cleaning technique we acquired by the client. Existing damages should also be reported prior to the start of the cleaning work.
End of Tenancy Cleaning
Cleaning of ceilings, walls, curtains, patios, balconies, exterior windows and carpets as well as washing of dirty clothes is not included in the basic end of tenancy cleaning service. Any property requiring such cleaning service should be vacated.
Cancellation – All Contact Cleaning Services
Clients mat re-schedule or cancel a cleaning service by giving a 24-hour notice. If the company is not notified in time, there will be no refund given on any deposit paid the client in advance. The company reserves the right to charge fees such as cancellation fee which may reach up to 50% of the quoted rate for the booked cleaning service. A 1 month period is given to clients who wish to cancel contracted regular cleaning service.
A minimum of 50% of the quoted service rate must be paid by the client as the deposit at the booking time. Once the deposit is paid, the remaining balance is to be paid once the specific cleaning service is completed.
